Please submit all requests a minimum of one week in advance of your proposed event. An event is defined as "including more than 2 visitors, lasting more than 2 hours, or any gathering involving non-members during non-work hours, including weekends."
You will be notified via email or text with 48 hours if your request is approved. Once approved, your event will be added to the Event Calendar on this website.
Please note that, depending on your membership level, there may be a up-charge for events. Completing this form does not obligate you, it is simply a communication tool.
